Order and Delivery

Have you found an Elsteen item that you really must have? Great!

Now select a color and/or size and click on ‘add to cart’. Of course you can continue shopping, you can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right. Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it is time to complete your order. Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right to go to your Elsteen's items. In the next screen you can still adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the button ‘Proceed to checkout’. You will now end up on the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order is processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Elsteen will pay the shipping costs. So you do not pay any shipping costs.*

* You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link of which you will receive via an e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Elsteen strives for a fast delivery of the products. When you place an order on working days before 3 p.m., we strive to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly via our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 7 - 12 days.

4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

5. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specified shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have specified an incorrect shipping address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the specified delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
